inserting my photo at the top of forum

First of all i apologize for my english that is not fluently.I have a medical forum with 3400 members and 1150 daily visitors.
I am thinking about inserting my photo at the top of my forum..my main aim for inserting, is introducing myself as the owner and main moderator of forum. I am not sure..the photo makes my visitors to be more or less than before

yes then can do it any time.I have configurated thier avator and photo maximum to 6 kilo bytes

A forum is a community where people get to know each other - letting everyone know the admin is a real person will help the community feeling.
