HELP - I'm under attack!

My BBS has been taken over

Some jokers have taken over my phpbbs - they have messed around emailing al the members, deleted all the existing admins and are just wrecking it.

Can anyone suggest how I can stop them (without just wiping it?)

Password protect the directory your web forum is in ... Cpanel can do it very quickly and easily for you. Then upgrade to the latest version of Phpbb....
