Searching for a forum & profile manager

What I am looking for is software that is like Profile Manager Premium. BUUUUUUT, I want it to include a kind of personals/forums sections as well. Prefer PHP. However if I have to change over to ASP tha tis not an issue. I Am wonder if you guys have a suggestion of a software package that I can purchase that is completely customizable. I can purchase Profile Manager Premium and make a mad attempt adding in vBulletin or PHP-Nuke or something. However I don't yet understand how to change the template to what I want it to look like.

I just realized my typos in my post were horrible. Thank-you rogerd for editing the stuff that wasn't supposed to be in there. Kind of new on teh site and didn't fully read the TOS yet. Have now though.

So does anyone have any suggestions. The big thing is I want people to Login into the site, be able to have a forum to post in as well as upload their pictures into their profile. It would be to have a personals sections as well but I can always add that section later. Please help me if you can, I would really appreciate it.
