Got the forum -> filled the forum with posts -> now what?

I am starting a real estate forum for spain and I am still at the begining. I have filled my vbulletin forum with the help of some friends and it looks like there is some life in it.

now what is the next step, I don't want to spam, and I want to look professional. what do you suggest?
