I have a pretty popular blog in the manufacturing/fashion segment and I added a business networking section a couple of months back.

I ran into so many problems with the site for the first couple of months and finally starting to see some progress with it and it is currently adding about 20-30 members per day, but many aren't receiving their confirmation emails or receiving them days later when they use yahoo/aol accounts for some reason

That means about 5-10 of those 20-30 maybe more or missing out or getting delayed confirmation.

Is there anyway to go about increasing that conversion rate so that more are delivered on time. Like any server settings or anything I could fool around with to help. I current host is Media Temple

I appreciate any help possible and I would post the site, but I don't want anyone to think I'm promoting, because it is my first post and even though it probably wouldn't be of interest to most on this site

Thanks ahead of time for any help.
I'm glad to have found this community...by the way

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, Dobizo. Email delivery is a big issue for forum operators these days.

For starters, are you on a dedicated server, a VPS, or shared hosting?
