Hi,

I have been using DIGG buttons on my website and they were working fine until yesterday when they took digg.com website down for a few minutes. After that all DIGG buttons that were shown on my website before digg went down are not being displayed on FireFox.

Sorry if it's a bit confusing so let me explain this:

1. My website has several posts and on that there is a DIGG button to vote.
2. Users have dugg many posts.
3. Buttons with vote count were being displayed on FireFox.
4. Yesterday digg.com went down for update and after it came back, all my buttons are gone and they do not show up in FireFox.
5. All new posts that were posted after digg.com went down shows buttons in FireFox. It's only those posts which are old ones and were submitted before digg.com went down.

It's only happening with FireFox and not IE.

Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks

Interesting problem. Are they back yet? Perhaps you need to pull updated code from the Digg site (if that's where you got it to begin with).

The problem is not solved yet. I contacted DIGG yesterday so let's what they say.

I am pulling code from DIGG website as provided by them. It's a JavaScript code here [digg.com...]

Blame Digg. Their .js code is being served with the mime type
text/html
instead of
application/x-javascript
- in short, they have a server configuration error, and Firefox will not parse the file in these circumstances.
