How to get this forum more active? 110,000 posts currently

I am running this xbox forum but now it is at a level were traffic is not really growing,

Do you guys have any tips on what to do?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, Nomar. I'd check some of the articles in the community building library [webmasterworld.com] for some ideas on how to jumpstart your community.

Certainly, the first thing will be to determine whether your problem is site traffic (low number of visitors), low stickiness (visitors leave after a page or two), or low participation (visitors read but don't post).

I'd think that visitors to a site like yours might be drawn into posting by controversial topics like, "5 reasons PS3 beats xBox."
