Any other sites allow applications/widgets?

I was wondering if any other of the popular networking sites allow the creation of custom applications like Facebook does?

Bebo just announced a platform, but they've only let two app developers in - Slide and somebody else.

MySpace and LinkedIn are rumored to be working on a platform play.

I think Plaxo (18m users) has something as well.
