Can anybody direct me to a chat room supplier whose chat room would be viewable site wide on my site so that everybody on every page could watch, and participate in, the ongoing live chat, from each of the respective pages they are on?

One of the chat room providers suggested using a frame.
I have never read anything positive about frames and remember them as being difficult to enjoy back around 1999 or so.
