In this world of Internet, there must be millions and millions of email accounts.
How many of them would be genuine? I mean the percentage.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, addism. When you say "genuine", in what sense do you mean? Any working email address is genuine, though it may be a "throwaway" address set up by the user for temporary use, to register for a community, etc.
Non-working or totally invented email addresses aren't good for much - these days, most communities perform a verification step by sending a confirmation email with a link that must be clicked.
