I want to have a Community based website of Mobile related stuff but i am confused on what CMS i should use, or which CMS is most customizable like e.g. if i ca take out a Article system and FOrums from one cms and write few own modules.

try to see drupal if it works for you

Drupal is pretty flexible and the open-source code is well written. Easy to enhance and add your own modules.
