I plan to recruit bloggers who would blog about my website; I've heard about Payperpost services, but I would rather have a number of bloggers who I already have in mind that would help me with this.
Its my first time to pay bloggers so I am stuck with how to reward them, more like a reward/compensation since they would be posting their photos and content.
Any tips/advice on this?
Appreciate it..
I think if you are going to recruit your own paid blog buddies directly, you'll find the compensation expectation to vary quite a bit. A well-established blog with good PR and high readership is clearly worth more than a new blog that lacks traffic and linkage.
Instead of offering payments to bloggers, which the good ones will reject, have you considered just giving them something interesting to post about? Perhaps augmented with some insider information?
In one sense, bloggers are like print reporters - they are looking for the next good story that will interest their readers. If you can give them that story, you'll get better posts and more traffic than if the blogger puts up a half-baked post to make a few dollars.
