Is this forum ok with the search engines?

I asked my webmaster to make my forum mod-rewrite so that it would get indexed by search engines.

Here is what hes done

he has removed all the?+= stuff but there is - in the pages.

Will this work well? Does the dash make any difference?

You should be fine, thecleaner. Hyphens in file names present no problems. Eliminating the query strings (the "?+" stuff) is a good thing.
