Monetization via ads (adsense & ad sale), affiliate sales, email sales and subscription memberships.
The size of the project requires a partner so that the responsibilities are split up.
I have a business plan which covers the next year with regards to promotion strategy, monetization strategy and site content/features.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google DFP and PHPlist is a preference but not a requirement.
Interest in cars/motorbikes/etc is a preference but not a requirement.
UK location is a preference, but not a requirement.
