anyone interested in a trade, a custom design for some CSS work?

I am re-launching my personal site (topics to include, personal, CSS, Design, Graphics, Photoshop, CMS, Wordpress, Drupal)

I would really like a spiffy new (preferably illustrated) theme. I can do the CSS, if provided with PSD, SVG or AI file - but can't seem to find any inspiration for an actual personal/custom design

In return if you have a spiffy design of your own that you need CSS'ed to fit, therein lies the trade (though I'll also credit the design with links etc..)
