Content Management System

Need integration of a content managment system into an upcoming 10 page website design, with an emphasis on CMS that is friendly to search engines (ability to edit title tags for each page).

Not required, but a plus, would be a content management setup that allows for a separate password to edit one specific page (site owner can edit all pages, his employees with a separate password can only update one particular page). No e-commerce, very few or no pictures.

Sticky me with samples of sites you have integrated content management with, priority for anyone with a working demo of a control panel. I also need a ballpark quote and idea of how much time would be needed to integrate the CMS into a page I provide you with.
