After numerous category changes, deep-links to custom 404 pages, and many htaccess redirects - it's all becoming too confusing.
Solution needs to cover/recover:
1. redirect old categories to associated new cats (cats provided) 2. rewrite standard php urls to page titles [title elements - that will include special characters]
