Looking to buy full template for our church site

I will be buying a full template for our church site next week and would like to a give fellow webmaster her first shot.

They want some flash maybe the header is all I willl be doing all the work on it so I will want good hard links as well or a site that can be SEO'd as well.

If you sale templates here and have a selection of church templates to look over send me url I will give it to our pastor for review. They will be selecting a site next week.
