I have another site, and was looking for a web designer who can also implement SEO techniques to get Google traffic.

I have written the context and a pasted a few sample designs in MS Word so you know what Im looking for. This site would look similar to real state websites, although it wouldnt have any fancy search buttons or financial calculators. (Simply HTML)
