Take over my Rackspace server

9 months left on my Rackspace contract and want out

I am looking for someone to take over my managed dedicated server for the rest of my contract (April - December). I don't need the server anymore.

Server specs:
Dual opteron 246
Redhat 4 ES
2x73 SCSI RAID drives
Managed backup
Plesk
Top notch support

Price: $550/month.

Server is available April 1. Since this was originally a 24-month contract the price is good.
