Could robots consider this as bad cloaking?

I'd like to force my server to parse html files for php scripts. Do robots recognize that the page has been parsed before it reached them? And might they consider this as bad cloaking?

Robots have no way to tell that the page is parsed and wouldn't consider it bad cloaking. I do it all the time.

SE are more concerned about the user getting one page and the spiders getting something totally different
