Is funding by bank transfer available with Paypal Taiwan?

I know that paypal is available in taiwan (although there is as of yet no chinese language version of paypal). I know that taiwanese people can fund their paypal accounts with credit cards. My Q is: can they fund by bank transfer as well?

According to the PayPal site you can draw funds from a local bank account in Taiwan.

Users in these countries can withdraw funds to either a local or a U.S. bank account:
