Looking for form to send Japanese text

.asp or perl for IIS

I can't find a form anywhere that will send Japanese on a windows 2003 server. I can use either .asp of perl. Not particular as long as it works. I have posted on many boards and have come up with nothing. If you have a mailform that actually works in Japanese, PLEASE help me save my sanity.

It's surprising how few people host on IIS and use .asp in Japan. I've looked around and not found anything (as I'm sure Ron has).

Does anyone here know of an .asp mail-form script that can send Japanese?

Hi Bill,

I installed the East Asian fonts on the server and then tried a million different scripts. Still a no go.

Not only is it hard to find an ASP programer in Japan, it is hard to find someone with a windows 2003 server.

Japan is all unix and perl.
