Hi

I would like to open a site in Asia, especially in China, Taiwan or Singapore. So far, I am looking for some advertising and, I have to admit, it is extremely difficult to find anything (except dating and porn)

Does anyone have some interesting links? Is the market already mature enough on this sector? Where all banners/advertising are from? Is Google launching Chinese Adsense? Are there any established or new affiliate networks?

I am a Chinese living in Holland. I actually don't know that we have this kind of network in China. In China, Internet business model is somehow different, many web sites are making money from SMS.

By the way, I did a little search on baidu.com and come up with below link.

I wonder if there is any advertising based on credit card, loans, ADSL connections,... as you can find everywhere in Europe / US. For instance, Taiwanese people are still relunctant to buy online and they feel that shops are not safe. Is it the same in China?

Yes, we are not willing to pay by credit card online. One of the reason is that we don't need to use credit card.

In China, you don't need to use credit card to shop online. You can pay by your mobile phone, you can pay by your bank pas. There are many online ways of online payment in China, credit card is not popular.

I have been using for years hotelclub which has an excellent affiliater program in Chinese for hotel reservations in 32 countries.

Currently are are not allowed to put Adsense on our GB and Big5 pages but since we used the affiliate system revenues is very strong in terms of commissions.

We also sell hotel reservation requests in China to Chinese travel portals that follow up with clients inside China.

We have around six thousand unique users per day from CN/SG/HK and TW and the market is huge as long you can be flexible.
