How to check if a site is blocked from China+?

Is there a good, simple way to check whether a site's pages are widely avaliable in specific countries?

I'm also looking for websites that suggest how widespread blocking is.

There's a good article on the Harvard Law site about this:

It contains links to lists of known blocks.
