Looking for a good Japanese or International merchant account

I need a good gateway /merchant account option for a Japanese client

We're doing a large (Japanese for Japan) e-commerce site for a Japanese client of ours who only keeps a Japanese bank account.
I'm looking for a merchant account for this client because his regular merchant account doesn't handle e-com, and could really use your help.

As long as it's trustworthy, I don't care if it's an International Merchant Account provider or a Japanese online merchant account provider, but I'm trying to find one with a discount rate of under 6.00%.

Any recommendations?

The jury is still out on this one, we are in the process of setting up with WorldPay.

Not happy about the set up fee, not happy with the number of restrictions and hoops you have to jump through.

Would still prefer a better option.

This is really incredible.
Japan is a second biggest economy in the world, has one of the biggest internet use per capita, more than 50 % of internet users is connected through broadband, and its is almost impossible to accept payments through the net.
This is really big business opportunity.
