OV Korea LOWERS starting bid price

in an unprecedented (from what I know) move....

OV Korea just LOWERED its initial bid price to 90 KRW from 300 KRW!

bizarre. Is this happening anywhere else? or have I been under a rock? (well, yes, but... ;))

Interestingly, Zingu.com (OV's main competitor in the PPC market in Korea) just RAISED its bid to 100 KRW from 50 KRW after signing Gajai.com as PPC search partners, a meta site with mega search traffic.

Of course, I have ideas...but frankly, not 100% sure what the motivation is. (besides the obvious....too expensive for advertisers)
