Google China [google.com] is strangely undecorated...must still have bad blood or something ;)

He he, good one bill. It will be interesting to see whether G puts something up when the date rolls around.

This is what I mean by Google featuring more international dates and festivals on its logo than things like Hitchcocks birthday.

It would be great to see them educating other parts of the world about what is going on in the rest of the world. Such as Chinese New Year, Thai New Year etc.

I wondered why monkeys appeared on Google this morning - I need to keep up more, it seems there is a world outside of computer!

Fortunately WW helps us keep up. Clicking on the logo right now gives:

"The requested URL /chinese+new+year+2004 was not found on this server."

So I guess Google don't want to explain in any detail why the monkeys appeared!

I bet that is today's most popular 404 page;)

Woz - April.

It is celebrated by the Songkran festival which is the famous water throwing festival. Great fun if you enjoy water guns!

ADD IN: We don't have any monkeys on Google from Thailand. :-(

They fixed the logo bug already......now goes to:
[google.com...]

pity, I was looking forward to a series of monkey logos interacting with snowmen :)
