Lesser-known Chinese search engine ties up with Microsoft

BEIJING: Microsoft has tied up with a relatively less known Chinese search engine, Sogou , to launch a new English language search portal, Soguo said in a statement. The move comes soon after Microsoft announced it was pulling out its Chinese language MSN search service from June 7.

Here's an interesting part of the deal: it'll give access to Chinese users to English language information, and, it'll automatically translate Chinese language searches to get English-language SERPs.
