Chinese in Meta Tags?

How to include and handle chinese characters in Meta Tags.

My text editor will count characters so I'll just paste it in and check. If you have a copy of Microsoft Word it has a character/word count feature as well.

But chines characters are different - I heard somewhere you need a tool, how many characters are equal detected within the Metas.

A character is a character. One Chinese character, one Japanese character, one Korean character all take up one character space. I don't understand the need for this special tool you're asking about. What would be the purpose? Are you trying to parse words?
