IDNs domain names Google PR. Better to use unicode or punycode?

Does anybody know why no IDN domain name has any page rank? Does that mean I won't get as much traffic from searches as I would get if I would use a normal domain name?

My next question is also what is better, that users link to unicode or punycode:
a)
Unicode - http://アアアアア.com (just example)
b)
Punycode - http://xn--ccfsfdsskg5dfdwc.com (just example)

I hope anybody can help me.

Thank you

To the best of my knowledge IDN domains don't rank any better or worse than normal domains. The mistake many people make is to concern themselves too much with the PR shown on the Google toolbar. That's not a factor to be concerned with.

Unicode vs. Punycode links

If you went to the trouble to get an IDN then why lose the potential keyword in the Unicode link?

Your biggest problem will be all the browsers and devices that can't handle IDNs. I know that in Japan we have huge issues with those on mobile browsers, web comment forms, and the like. It depends on your target market whether you want to provide both formats or not.
