how to set up page translated in chinese

I had few pages translated in simplified chinese.

Now I'm wodering if I should give a chinese name to the html file and if I should translate in chinese the title and tag description too

Any sugggestion would be appreciated.

No. You may have problems on the browser side, and you may have problems on the OS side.
translate in chinese the title and tag description

I would. If you don't, you should at least make them different from the original pages that they were translated from.
