how was baidu.jp in japan?

baidu.jp has been founded in japan for many years,we had no informations about it in china since the GFW had blocked it,i wanna to know how was baidu in japan,or how many japanese use it?

Baidu Japan has been active since 2007 [webmasterworld.com] although their info page shows [baidu.jp] they were established in December 2006. According to Baidu Japan they really opened in January 2008 [webmasterworld.com].

I just looked at the stats for a fairly busy Japanese site and was surprised to see only 3 referrers from Baidu Japan since December. That's close to being non-existent for me.

In general, Japanese users I know do not seem to know about this search engine at all. It seems limited to the SEO crowd.

How's your Baidu Japan traffic?

There seems to be few who are using Baidu in Japan. I guess ordinary people(not a SEO) don't even know it.
