Does anyone know if it's possible for a non-Chinese person/resident to register with Alipay? I can read a bit of Chinese and found the registration page, but from what I can tell they seem to expect you to be residing in China. When asking for my address, there are drop-down menus that restrict answers to Chinese provinces, cities, etc.
