Does Baidu have something similar to Webmaster Tools?

I want to get more of an understanding as to what Baidu knows about my websites and was wondering if Baidu has something similar to Googles webmaster tools or Yahoo's Site Explorer?

If not does anyone know where I will find the list of commands to query Baidu directly? eg site:widget.com or link:widget.com
