Anyone using Japanese paypal interface? Any issues?
Last I heard buyers had to create an account before paying with a credit card. Is this still true?

I currently use paypal to process payments on my japan site. Customers can use their credit card or paypal. No one has used paypal yet, just credit card(JCB,Visa,MC,Amex)
I use Paypal Website Payments Pro, its $30 us a month.

How about paypal regular, are customers still presented with an english interface?
