I just checked one keyword phrase and TOP 10 results returned were pointing to the same site, different subdomains though.

So I checked out the first one.

Got a popup, saying in order to view I need JAVA and application to be installed.

So I clicked on Deny to Java.

Norton Antivirus pops a message that the website had tried to install Downloader.Trojan(DSBRJA~1.ZIP) and Downloader(us0025[1].anr) thingies.

Am I bugging or it is realy that Bad out there?

I rarely surf with even JavaScript enabled. I never surf with Java enabled. The Opera browser can be your friend.

It's doubtful that Baidu is completely at fault here. You can get infected by SERPs from any SE. You have to be careful when surfing.

On a Windows machine run a registry monitor [webmasterworld.com]. That should be in addition to a good AV, like NOD32, and a few anti spyware apps.
