Link Ads in Japan?

I am looking for a way to buy some anchor text links in Japan using kanji. Does anyone know if such a link broker exists or have any experience using one in Japan?

You mean other than the standard Yahoo or Google ads? Have you looked at LinkShare?

Looking for links to help out organically, simular to Text Link Ads in the US.

I will check out LinkShare now.

Any other ideas?
