A new service from Yahoo! Japan called "Minna no Topics" which means "Everyone's topics" is now open. Just like Digg, users can submit stories and other users can vote them up or down with all of the cute manga icons one would expect. ;)

Given that Yahoo! Japan is the top dog on the Japanese Internet scene we can expect this to be an important site not only for news, but also for the SEO of your Japanese site.

I am familiar with Digg, even I know how to buy diggs :).

Digg top listing is not matching with my frequency. I use it more often, now very rarely.
