Do you still think that almost everything include organic listings is for sale in Baidu?

Now, things changed, Just link Goolge China,Baidu has marked its ads with 'Sponsored Links', and try to reduce the ads in the 'left hand'.

Is this really a new development? I thought Baidu SERPs showed sponsored links a while ago. I know they have always had quite a few unidentified paid links in their regular SERPs. Have they made an announcement that they're going to identify them all now?
