How do I join?

happy new year everyone.

i was wondering if anyone knows how to sign up for and get into yahoo's japanese advertising program. i know that the american version is limited to america at the moment, but japan is perhaps a different story. anyone had any success in signing up for their advertising publisher network?

any tips would be appreciated.

yes, we did. I don't remember any particular problem. Just sign up. Can you read Japanese?
