Do Japanese users satisfied with current SEs in Japan?

In what aspects do they want to enhance?

Tough question. I haven't seen too many authoritative surveys on this topic of late. I think you'd need to conduct a specific survey to get real answers.

In general I don't see too many major satisfaction problems among Japanese users. Some of the discerning professionals who know the business can always see room for improvement, but the general searching public still seems to be distracted by all the new gimmicks and Web 2.0 toys coming out of the major SEs. In other words, I don't hear many complaints about SERP quality in Japan.
