You really just need to run through the list and see if the prices and services match your needs. When they were released last year [webmasterworld.com] I went to each accredited registrar's site until I found the price and features I needed. I can't say that I've had any bad experience with any of the registrars I've used for .in names.
Also check to see if your regular .com registrar has picked up on this domain extension yet. I know that places like Moniker and Enom seem to offer .in names now. I'm sure others do as well.
