Chinese (Mandarin) Version of a Website

Which ISO Character Set should be used?

A client requires a site to be translated into Mandarin and whilst I have produced and optimised many multi-lingual sites I have never had to do anything that didnt involve a western Character set, Any advice would be greatley appreciated !

I believe you need the following code for Simplified Chinese Characters.
