any of you ever had a referral from www.hinet.net?

I'd really like to know more about it, but they do not offer an english interface, just cryptic chars :)

Hinet is part of the ChungHwa group, the Government Telecoms group from Taiwan. They have an english page here [hinet.net] but the English search function is only a site search, not a web search.

The search on the main Chinese page seems to be a web branded version of Yam [yam.com] although the Yam site is not loading at the moment for some reason.
