Where will I find desperate Indian writers on the net?

Is there a website where I can find young Indian writers!

Hi,
I wanted to know if any of you know of a website which young Indian writers who want to get published visit. Basically a popular "budding writers" website for Indians or a "buddying writers" website that is popular with Indians.

It could be a forum, or a resource type website. I just want something popular which buddying Indian writers go to!

there are not many indian websites, you can check elance where Indians write articles for 'phoren' cos for US$3

What do you think about finding Indian writers on a popular blog site like <snip>.com? Will that work? Or do blogs attract all sorts of people not only writers? (I dont know much about blogs and who uses them)
