Chinese AOL portal

Looks like AOL has been busy putting together a beta Chinese language portal:

[chinese.aol.com...]

From what I have read about this site it focuses mostly on the Chinese speaking market in the US. Given that I wonder whether people will be able to access this from China once it's up and running.

I notice AOL promotions on the site are still in English. I guess those are services they will only be offering in English. Links to other parts of the AOL network also lead to English pages. They have a ways to go with content.

pretty interested actually. I was trying to download a movie from that site and I was redirected to chinaportal.com. Lots of movies for download. I don't know they care about the copyright problem or not!
