pages and content summary not working on oen of livestats server

when checking content grouping under Content Group Administration UnCategorized Pages shows 0

also as admin when we are trying to run page data managment it starts browsing and withing few seconds ends up with status as done in browser.

not sure what settings needs to be enabled to make pages and content summary work for all domains.

Livestats is quite an old name now... isn't it called DeepMetrix after version 5.0?

Have you just installed this or has it been up for years and a problem just arose?

yeah true deepmetrix livestats we are using LiveStats.XSP

I'm afraid it's so long since I used it that I can't help. You won't found support directly either, because Deepmetrix was bought out by Microsoft BUT... Microsoft then launched their own (free) analytics system, which you can use if you have a Microsoft Adcentre account (don't think you need any money).

Microsoft.com no longer update DeepMetrix products LiveSTATS.Net, LiveSTATS.XSP, and LiveSTATS.Biz, which approached their End of Service Life (EOSL).

Effective April 30, 2008, reporting and product support for these products has been discontinued, along with hosted services, data collection, and technical support.
