VB Scripts can't run on this machine

Hi,

I get this error while I'm installing WT7 on my Windows 2003 Server machine. .Net Framework 1.1 is already installed on the system. But the Installation Wizard says that the system is unable to run VB Scripts on the machine.

Any idea to negate this!

Does that machine have any script blocking going on? Virus checkers are the usual reason.
