FAST: spotting the update

While skimming through different outlets of FAST'S db I noticed the serps are switching on and off old serps and updated results.
At ATW I get old results most of the time, while Lycos.com gave me more fresh serps.

At Lycos.de I have updated results for searches restricted to german results, while unrestricted serps reflect the update.

Hitting reload often changes serps too. Anyone recognized a pattern yet?

I've seen sporadic different serps on some of the partners. Seems to be different depending on where and how you search. Hitting reload sometimes give different serps too.

I agree with you too shifting results and it does matter how you search.

My experience here in Australia identical to the above. Haven't been able to discern a pattern.
Seemed to be switching around using three SERPs for up to 72 hours. Then, a couple of hours ago, threw in a totally different conglomeration but now seems to be back to original three.
